Westfield House Hotel is an excellent base from which to enjoy the delightful countryside, as well as explore the city of Leicester (7 miles). Discover the National Space Science Centre, the city's spectacular visitor attraction for the 21st century, or take a walk round Castle Park, the historic old town. This area of cobbled lanes has churches, riverside walks, fine buildings and interesting museums.

Shopping is well catered for with a wide range of well-known high street chains, as well as local markets and unusual individual shops amongst stylish bars and cafes.

A short drive away, you can take in the fresh air and open spaces of Rutland Water (20 miles), a large man-made lake offering sailing, windsurfing and regular boat trips throughout the summer.

For a different day out, visit the majestic Belvoir Castle (33 miles), where Medieval jousting festivals are often held.

- Take the M1.
- Exit at junction 21.
- Join the A5460 towards Leicester.
- At the roundabout, take the 4th exit.
- At the second roundabout, go straight over.
- At the third roundabout, turn left.
- Follow the signs to Blaby.
- At the fourth roundabout, follow Enderby Road.
- The hotel is on the left and has 96 complimentary secure car parking spaces.

By Train:
The nearest rail station is Narborough, 2 miles away, served by Cross Country.

By Air:
The nearest airport to the hotel is Nottingham/East Midlands which is 20 miles.
